Shipping is fast and the website is easy to use my only concern is I have yet to get what I ordered as I’ve received substitutions both times I’ve ordered

I live in Toronto; takes a little under 2-weeks for delivery – WORTH THE WAIT!! Excellent customer service – I recommend SOG to everyone.
Actually haven’t tried the products yet but wanted to comment on the excellent service and quick delivery. I could not get an available discount to apply and staff took upon themselves to manually process the order. Really appreciated the above and beyond service.
